The Corbridge Family

So... it's back to the dessert. I'm not sure what that spells... I always get confused with dessert and desert. BUT... I'm back in the dry land. And it is SO stinking dry. I must admit, from the second I saw the dirt from the airplane window I decided that I really, REALLY, did actually love Tennessee. My skin has been cracked non stop since the second I got here. It feels disgusting to be all dry! and it makes your tan fade! :( I'm mad.

Anyway, to change the subject- I've finally finished the decorating part of my classroom for the new school year. I like it way more than last year- even though it's really not that different. It has been a pain to get everything set up again, but not as bad as last year.

My favorite thing about being back at the school is seeing all the kids from last year. They are so grown up! It makes me want to teach 1st grade now instead, but only cuz I love those kids. Their teeth are all missing and they're so big and I just want to keep them forever! I love how they act when they see me. Most of them don't even act like I haven't seen them for 3 months. I had one little girl come running into my room and just scream and throw her arms around me. Sound dramatic? It was. I really almost cried. She was so sweet. It just makes me remember why I really am teaching... because honestly, alot of it sucks. :) Like for instance... being away from Jason for half my life... or so it feels like.

Which brings me to my next point....

I am tired of being without him! I really really really understand now how good we are for each other. I am just so happy that he's my husband and that I get to be his wife. It seriously makes my whole life better when he's with me... and not so great when he's away.
