4th of July at Pier 39

Oops... I forgot to even post pictures of the 4th of July!

First, we caught the Bart (like the subway) in Dublin so we could avoid the traffic- it wasn't too eventful on the way to San Francisco but on the way back we got to watch a guy sing and dance to Michael Jackson hits along with his boom box (which was sitting on his shoulder the entire time) while his little groupie girls jammed out and danced along. It was pretty funny.

Anyway... we went to Pier 39 and ate dinner at an Italian/Seafood restaurant at the very end of the Pier. I had Chicken Parmesan that tasted like fish guts. It was pretty nasty. :) But Jason's still talking about how much he loved his food so I guess it was worth it. The view of the fireworks from the window right next to us was AWESOME and we couldn't even believe we lucked out with such a good view. It was unbelievably crowded there that night- so it was great to actually get out of the crowd and be able to see the fireworks. Josh has a cute picture of all of us at dinner... but I still need to get it, so I'll post it later. Here are the ones I have... ps... our camera is AWFUL... so a lot of the pics we thought we had came out blurry. :(

This HUGE building is a FOREVER 21... there were so many great stores here... but most of them were closed for the 4th :(.
