2 Years

So... writing this post has been on a list of things I need to do (in my mind) for a week- and I'm barely getting around to it... but... I didn't want to pass up the opportunity...

sooooo HAPPY ANNIVERSARY JASON!

I cannot believe that it has already been- and only been- two years that we've been married.

Already 2 years because it seems like it's gone by so fast and been so easy to be married to you! I doubt it's been as easy for you! :)

and only 2 years because it seems like I've known you for soooo much longer and we've done so much together that I don't know how we've fit it into the last 3 years that we've been together.

I knew the first time we hung out that there was something different about him- and I'm glad that I stuck around to figure out all of the things that were better about him than anyone else I'd ever met. Jason is SOOOO patient. Seriously. You'd have to be to be married to me. He is very very smart- as in I've seen him study maybe 10 times EVER since we've met and he still gets good grades. Everything he does seems to come natural to him. You know when you're dating someone and you can tell that they're faking that they love kids or faking that they're awesome at something that they really aren't? Well... if Jason's faking all of the things he's good at he's been doing a pretty dang good job the last two years. He is naturally incredible with kids, spiritually focused, kind, etc. Half of the things that I've loved and been doing forever (which I can't mention because he made me promise I'd never tell anyone)... let's just say some kindof girlish hobbies... he's better at than me- but, he's also amazing at sports and all of the more "manly" things. Let me just clarify-before he reads this :) -Jason does not have a feminine side AT ALL. REALLY. I think that's why he needs me. I honestly cannot believe that I ended up with someone so perfect for me. This Sunday in Relief Society we had an awesome lesson about Marriage/Love/etc. and it really made me think about how Jason and I balance each other out. My very very favorite thing about Jason is that he is SOOO fun! I am the kind of person that stresses out A LOT over everything... and let's just be honest- he's not. It is nice to have him around to keep me laughing- seriously- every single day. I never thought that would be possible- especially for me. He tries so hard to make me happy- and he really does make me happier than anyone else in the world. I am SO thankful to be married to such an incredible person. I could not ask for anything more. :)
