I used to think that I was happy when I had time to myself-
now when I'm alone I'm usually just wishing I was with Ty.
He seriously lights up my entire life. I love the way he laughs and his stinking cute smile and his eyes and ... hey... I don't gush about him every day on my blog so I'm not holding back today.

I just think he is such a perfect, darling, cute, sweet-heart of a little baby and I'm SOOOO happy he's mine. He really is just the little love of my life.
Today has been such a fun day- it's actually his birthday now and I'm just wanting to finish this post.
LOL...CLEARLY I never finished :) His birthday was March 23rd :)
Ty's day started out with some birthday waffles :) which he spit out :) He really doesn't seem to like sweet things- takes after his mom I guess :)
Then we played for awhile, Ty took a nice little bath- which is usually his favorite activity of the day. Today he splashed 95% of his water out of his little tub and down the drain. :)
After Ty took a nap we went to Lee's Marketplace to buy balloons! Ty LOVES balloons. Everyone in the store was watching Ty get so excited as the balloons were blown up. Jason was even taking pictures with his phone. :)
We decided that's all we'll get him next year for his birthday. Best $2.00 we ever spent.
Next we had lunch at McDonalds. Wahoo! French fries and chicken nuggets for the first time!
He's a smart boy- he loves them already!
After lunch we went to the mall to get Ty's 1 year old pictures... which is always fun... ish. Mostly I just got annoyed just like I remember my mom doing when I was little cuz the people really never get the best smiles. The guy was pretty good today though- and Ty is darling no matter what. Spent too much money on the pictures of course :)
Then we came home and took Ty to the park where he LOVED the swings again. Took lots of pictures.
Somewhere in the middle of the day Ty ate a sucker... not even sure when but I have pictures of it... and he's in his birthday shirt so I guess it happened :) He never eats the sucker by the way, just the stick. :)
Ty's favorite little girls came over with their parents for ice cream sundaes and we had so much fun spending time and playing games with the Bergsjo's. I'm so mad I didn't get any pictures with them!
They gave Ty the cutest LeapFrog Barn that sings songs and makes animal sounds and he loves and plays with it every single day.
I didn't even tell them it was Ty's birthday when I invited them over for games and ice cream- and they showed up with a gift just for him. That's the kind of friends they are-amazing.
WHY WON'T MY PICTURES STAY ROTATED?? Anyone?
Eventually it was time for bed...Ty hates bed. :)
But daddy made it better :)

I seriously can't believe he is a year already. It goes by so fast and he is the cutest little boy! I hope he had a great birthday!!
Oh cute pictures, Tiff! He's so freaking cute. Seriously, that face...Oh he's so great! I can't believe he's one!!! We need to get Penn up there so they can play together again. She's rather kissy these days so he may get a nice birthday kiss! :) ha ha ha! Miss you!
Tiffany!!! OH MY GOSH, I meant to call you a bazillion times to tell you we weren't going to be at Ty's party. I am the absolute worst, I'm so sorry. It was my sister's birthday that day and we were down in SLC eating dinner with her at Buca. I'm so sorry that we couldn't come... seriously, it's agonizing every time we get an invite from you guys because I KNOW it's always a day that we've got something else going on. We tried every thing to reorganize our schedule so we could come, but it just didn't work out. I'm so sorry. I hope it was a great party, it was such a cute idea.
Happy birthday to sweet Ty. You can and should gush because he is absolutely the most adorable little boy I've ever seen.
He is seriously the cutest baby ever!!! Lauren told me the other day that I needed to see recent pictures of him because he was her favorite. I can see why! What fun parents you are. That looks like a fun birthday. Call me if you are ever down in Farmington- I would love to see the birthday boy!
